Step 1...So many great faces to choose from...

Let's be honest; there is a multitude of great Realtors® here in the Comox Valley to choose from. In fact, there are 167 to date. Why not interview a couple to determine the best fit for you? It goes both ways... respect, integrity and clear communication are my values. After 18 years of wearing the Realtor® hat, I choose to work with people who share my values. Step 4... Launch

Did you know that most Buyers find their homes on Buyers will be out there waiting for instantaneous details when your listing hits the MLS. First impressions are everything, so having professional photos, floorplans, videos, creative write-ups, and access to disclosures, zoning, and surveys within the push of a button is crucial to stand out from the crowd. This is my forte... aka... passion; see above.

Step 5...Communication

We have rolled up our sleeves in preparation for your home to shine on, strategized pricing strategy, exposed your Hot new listing to the world, and the showing requests have begun. Feedback from prospective Buyers, changes to inventory levels and market conditions are all monitored closely and reported back to you... promptly.

Step 6...Offer Time

Reality check- it is not the 2022 jackpot real estate market where multiple offers came with cash buyers and bidding wars. However, the Comox Valley remains one of the most desirable places to live in Canada, interest rates are levelling, and buyer confidence is returning. A more balanced market is a reality; most offers will have conditions to purchase, and prices on "average" are down for 2023. In reviewing offer(s), key points to consider are price, deposit, conditions to purchase, inclusions, and possession date. What's most important to you?

Step 7... Bring out the Champagne...

Nailing up the SOLD Sign and dropping off the bubbly is a time for celebration. Time to get documents to the Lawyers, cancel home service contracts and get packing... You will meet with your Lawyer within a week of moving out to sign transfer documents. Moving to a new town? Let me refer you to a trusted colleague. A good Realtor® on the Buying Side is equally important.
