I have a list of preferred suppliers and contractors I am happy to provide. Should you need some assistance with home staging I am always happy to roll up my sleeves.

  • Have a professional photographer take photos of the interior & exterior of your home

  • Provide detailed feedback the day of showing

  • Respond to any inquiries

  • Review offers, explain strengths, weaknesses and the process of Buyer’s due diligence

  • Negotiate favourable terms & conditions on your behalf and be your advocate

STEP 6... ACCEPTED OFFER & FIRM SALE

  • Handle any issues or concerns that may come from the offer process
